Community Fruit & Veg shop??

Hi,

I'm planning to move from Greystones to live in Malahide in a few months and I'd love to set up a good proper local Fruit & Veg Store in the town!  Seeing as Malahide is such a busy, vibrant place, and I was really surprised to see no community greengrocer there already??

I would really like to bring a great local Fruit & Veg store with good fresh honest food to the town!  Thats my plan anyway :-) 

So I'm just wondering if anyone has anything to say on whether they'd like this kind of small business as part of their community, if they think its a good idea, or if anyone knows why there is no greengrocers in Malahide at the moment??
